Terms and conditions

These terms and conditions were last updated on October 15, 2026

1. Introduction

These terms and conditions apply to use of this website and, where relevant, to support and contracts with Dispare. This website is informational: it does not offer user registration, accounts, login or checkout. Commercial support takes place through the indicated contact channels. You may be subject to additional contracts relating to your relationship with us or products or services you receive from us. If a provision in an additional contract conflicts with these terms, the additional contract's provisions apply insofar as they respect rights guaranteed by Brazilian law, particularly the Consumer Protection Code.

2. Obligations

By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions below. Use of the website implies knowledge and acceptance of these terms and conditions. In specific cases, we may also ask for your explicit agreement.

3. Electronic communication

By using this website or communicating with us electronically, you agree and acknowledge that we may communicate with you electronically through our website or email. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications we provide electronically satisfy legal requirements, including requirements that such communications be in writing.

4. Intellectual property

We or our licensors own and control all copyright and other intellectual property rights in the website and in the data, information and other resources displayed or accessible on it.

4.1 All rights reserved

Unless specific content states otherwise, no license or other right is granted to you under copyright, trademarks, patents or other intellectual property rights. This means you may not use, copy, reproduce, perform, display, distribute, embed in any electronic medium, alter, reverse engineer, decompile, transfer, download, transmit, monetize, sell, market or trade any resource on this website in any form without our prior written permission, except to the extent otherwise stipulated by mandatory law, such as quotation rights.

5. Third-party property

Our website may contain links or other references to third-party websites. We do not monitor or review the content of third-party websites linked here. Products or services offered by other websites are subject to those parties' terms and conditions. Opinions or material appearing on those websites are not necessarily shared or endorsed by us.

We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those websites. You assume the risks associated with using those websites and related third-party services. We accept no liability for loss or damage of any kind, regardless of cause, resulting from disclosure of personal information to third parties.

6. Responsible use

By visiting our website, you agree to use it only for its intended purposes and as permitted by these terms, any additional agreements with us, and applicable laws, regulations, generally accepted online practices and industry guidelines. You must not use our website or services to use, publish or distribute material consisting of or linked to malicious software; use data collected from our website for direct marketing; or conduct systematic or automated data collection on or in relation to our website.

Any activity that causes or may cause damage to the website, or interferes with its performance, availability or accessibility, is strictly prohibited.

7. Cancellation, returns and refunds

Contracts made through Dispare's support channels are subject to Brazil's Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8,078/1990) and, where applicable, Decree No. 7,962/2013.

Right of withdrawal: for contracts concluded away from business premises, including electronically, consumers may withdraw within seven days from signing or receipt of the product or service, as applicable. Amounts paid will be fully refunded immediately, with monetary adjustment, under Article 49 of the Consumer Protection Code.

Requests: consumers may use the original contracting channel, WhatsApp +55 47 99228-2248 or comercial@disparevisaoesportiva.com.br. They must provide the information needed to identify the purchase. Dispare will immediately acknowledge the request and provide instructions for return at no cost when the right of withdrawal is properly exercised. For card payments, Dispare will immediately notify the relevant institution to prevent the charge or arrange the reversal; its appearance on the statement depends on the operator's processing, without limiting legal rights.

Product defects: for durable products, the legal complaint period is 90 days from delivery; for hidden defects, it starts when the defect becomes apparent. If a defect is not resolved within the legal period of up to 30 days, consumers may choose replacement, an adjusted refund or a price reduction, subject to legal cases requiring immediate resolution and the other rules of Articles 18 and 26 of the Consumer Protection Code.

Failure to honor an offer: the legal options to require performance, accept an equivalent or cancel with an adjusted refund remain available, without prejudice to applicable damages (Article 35 of the Consumer Protection Code).

The contractual warranty supplements the legal warranty. No provision of these terms removes mandatory consumer rights. Equipment customization is not treated in these terms as an automatic exclusion of those rights.

8. Submission of ideas

Do not submit ideas, inventions, authored works or other information that could be considered your intellectual property unless we have signed an intellectual property or nondisclosure agreement. If you disclose content to us without such a written agreement, you grant us a worldwide, irrevocable, nonexclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, store, adapt, publish, translate and distribute it in any existing or future medium.

9. Termination of use

We may, at our sole discretion and at any time, modify or discontinue access to the website or any service on it, temporarily or permanently. You agree that we will not be liable to you or third parties for modification, suspension or interruption of access to or use of the website, or any content you may have shared on it. You are not entitled to compensation or other payment, even if features, settings or content you contributed or relied upon are permanently lost. You must not circumvent or attempt to circumvent measures restricting access to our website.

10. Warranties and liability

Dispare is responsible for its products, services and information under Brazilian law. The contractual warranty supplements, rather than replaces, the legal warranty. These terms do not remove consumers' rights to repair, refunds or other legally guaranteed remedies.

The technical conditions, care instructions and limitations of each item must be disclosed during support and in product documentation. Website information does not replace an individual professional assessment when required.

11. Privacy

This website does not offer user registration. When contacting Dispare, you may provide information needed for support under the Privacy Policy and the information presented in the channel used.

We take your personal data seriously and are committed to protecting your privacy. We will not use your email address for unsolicited correspondence. Emails we send will relate only to the agreed supply of products or services.

We have developed a policy to address privacy concerns. For more information, please see our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

12. Accessibility

We are committed to making our content accessible to people with disabilities. If a disability prevents you from accessing any part of our website, please notify us with a detailed description of the issue. If the issue is readily identifiable and can be resolved using industry-standard information technology tools and techniques, we will address it promptly.

13. Export restrictions/legal compliance

Access to the website from territories or countries where its content or the purchase of the products or services sold is illegal is prohibited. You may not use this website in violation of Brazilian export laws and regulations.

14. Assignment

You may not assign, transfer or subcontract any of your rights or obligations under these terms and conditions, in whole or in part, to a third party without our prior written consent. Any purported assignment in breach of this section is void.

15. Breaches of these terms and conditions

Without prejudice to our other rights under these terms, if you breach them, we may take measures we consider appropriate, including temporarily or permanently suspending website access, contacting your internet service provider to request that access be blocked, or initiating legal action.

16. Force majeure

Except for payment obligations under this document, no delay, failure or omission by either party in performing its obligations is considered a breach if and for as long as it results from a cause beyond that party's reasonable control.

17. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold us harmless against claims, liabilities, damages, losses and expenses relating to your breach of these terms and applicable laws, including intellectual property and privacy rights. You will promptly reimburse us for related or resulting damages, losses, costs and expenses.

18. Waiver

Failure to enforce a provision of these terms or any agreement, or to exercise a termination option, does not constitute a waiver and does not affect the validity of these terms, any agreement or any part thereof, or the right to enforce provisions later.

19. Language

These terms and conditions are interpreted and applied exclusively in Portuguese. All notices and correspondence are written exclusively in that language.

20. Entire agreement

These terms and conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Edson Alves Moura regarding use of this website.

21. Updates to these terms and conditions

We may update these terms periodically. You are responsible for checking them for changes or updates. The date at the beginning is the most recent revision date. Changes take effect as soon as they are published on this website. Continued use after publication of changes or updates is regarded as notice of your acceptance to comply with and be bound by these terms.

22. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by Brazilian law. Disputes relating to them are subject to the jurisdiction of Brazilian courts. If a part or provision is found invalid or unenforceable by a court or other authority under applicable law, it will be modified, removed or applied to the extent possible to give effect to its intent. Other provisions remain unaffected.
