1. Scope and choice

This policy describes the resources prepared for Dispare. In the local preview, statistics and marketing events are simulated and are not sent to real accounts. On the official domain, activation depends on the publication settings and your permission for each category. Closing the notice, scrolling or continuing to browse does not mean consent. This version has no registration, login, comments, checkout or prescription submission form.

2. Necessary storage

The dispare-consent key in your browser's local storage records the policy version, choice date, expiry and permissions for statistics and marketing. It remains valid for up to 180 days. It does not store your name, email, phone number or advertising identifier. A relevant version change requires a new choice. If your browser blocks storage, the choice applies only to the current visit. Optional categories are disabled by default.

3. Website typography

The visual identity typeface is loaded through Adobe Fonts kit tzp1spe, provided by use.typekit.net and p.typekit.net. It is not an optional cookie category and does not depend on statistics or marketing choices. According to Adobe, web font delivery does not use cookies; the connection transmits the IP address and technical delivery and licensing information. 4. Statistics — Google Analytics

With permission for statistics and live tracking enabled on the official domain, we use Google Analytics 4, property G-HNQY0DW8VP. We measure pages and sections viewed, scroll depth, active reading time, product, FAQ and video interactions, and clicks indicating intent to contact via WhatsApp. Custom events do not include phone numbers, names, emails, prescriptions, prescription strengths, diagnoses or message content. URLs and titles sent in custom events are restricted to known pages, without query parameters or fragments.

Google may receive technical information, IP addresses and pseudonymous browser identifiers. The _ga cookie and its variants identify visits; expiry is configured for up to 180 days. 5. Marketing — Meta Pixel and Google Ads

With permission for marketing and live tracking enabled on the official domain, we use Meta Pixel 1073355815231492 and Google Ads AW-16448118773. We measure page views, equipment interest and intent to contact via WhatsApp to evaluate campaigns. Cookies such as _fbp, _fbc and _gcl_* may be used by providers for advertising attribution; periods and processing follow the applicable settings and provider information. Google and Meta may receive IP addresses, the accessed URL, technical information and browsing identifiers. This version does not enable advanced matching, submission of form data or a conversion API on its own server; the agency container’s Meta-Enabled option is described below.

The contact event represents a click to open WhatsApp; it does not prove a message was sent, a conversation, a sale or completed support. We do not send names, phone numbers, prescriptions, health data or message text as custom parameters. Automatic processing performed by providers must be validated against the account configuration before publication.

6. Manage and withdraw

You can accept, reject all optional resources or separately authorize statistics and marketing. Use “Manage consent”, available on every page. On withdrawal, we stop custom events, update consent signals and remove recognized tracking cookies accessible to this website. The page is reloaded when necessary to stop loaded resources. We cannot delete cookies on third-party domains or data already received by providers; requests concerning such data must follow the responsible party's channel and applicable rights.

Rejection does not prevent access to content, the gallery or contact buttons. The manager version has been updated; choices made under the earlier version do not automatically authorize new categories.

7. WhatsApp and contact

The WhatsApp button is an external link. After clicking, you access the service and choose which information to send. The website does not send messages automatically. The click is measured only if you authorize the respective category and live tracking is enabled.

8. Google Tag Manager and tag management

We use Google Tag Manager to organize integrations: GTM-NQZLTP26 for statistics and GTM-KQTS6S4Q, managed by the Elo Marketing agency, for marketing. Each container loads only after permission for its respective category and when live tracking is enabled on the official domain. The choice is communicated through Consent Mode; rejection keeps the corresponding container blocked. Equivalent direct installations were removed to avoid sending the same events twice. The published marketing container includes the Meta-Enabled Conversions API option; this is not a conversion API hosted by this website. Tags, recipients and additional processing published by the agency must match the authorized purposes and be reviewed before activation. Without JavaScript, we do not load the GTM noscript iframe, because permission cannot be obtained through this version of the manager.
