1. Scope and responsible party

This policy describes the local version of Dispare Visão Esportiva, intended to present the brand's equipment and information. The responsible party identified in the original website's information is Edson Alves Moura. Contact: comercial@disparevisaoesportiva.com.br or WhatsApp +55 47 99228-2248.

2. Data and features in this version

The website has no registration, login, comments, forms, medical document uploads, payments or checkout. It does not request names, email addresses, optical prescriptions or health data. Commercial services and information sent during external support, such as via WhatsApp, must be handled and disclosed through that channel; they are not automatically covered solely by this website policy.

3. Privacy preferences

Your browser stores your choices for statistics and marketing under the dispare-consent key for up to 180 days. The record contains the version, dates and selected options. This preference does not include contact data or advertising identifiers. Optional categories are disabled by default. 4. Features and providers

Typography: we use Adobe Fonts to display the website's visual identity, loaded by default independently of your statistics and marketing choices. According to Adobe, this service does not use cookies to deliver fonts. The connection transmits the IP address and technical delivery and licensing information. If the font is unavailable, the browser uses the fallback device font.

Statistics: Google Analytics 4 can measure visits, sections, scrolling, reading and website interactions when the category is authorized and live tracking is enabled on the official domain. Marketing: Meta Pixel and Google Ads can measure equipment interest and clicks indicating contact intent, also subject to specific permission and live tracking being enabled.

In the local preview, statistics and marketing events remain in test mode, without being sent to real accounts. In the official environment, providers may receive IP addresses, pseudonymous identifiers, URLs and technical browsing information. Custom events do not include prescriptions, prescription strengths, diagnoses, names, phone numbers, email addresses or message content. This version has no advanced matching or conversion API on its own server; the agency container’s Meta-Enabled option is described below.

5. Contact via WhatsApp

Clicking WhatsApp takes you to an external service. The contact event indicates only a click; it does not confirm a message being sent, a conversation, support or a sale. Any information you choose to send will be handled in that channel under the support procedures and service policies. The website does not start conversations or send messages automatically.

6. Local resources, logs and retention

Images and videos are delivered by this website's own server. The server receives the technical information needed to respond to requests. This version has no customer database, CRM or lead management system. Consent preferences expire within 180 days. Logs, retention, hosting providers, tool retention and the use of data during support must be defined for the final environment before publication. We do not state a period that has not yet been confirmed for these services.

7. Your choices and requests

You can reject optional resources and continue browsing, review or withdraw permissions in the manager, and erase this origin's storage in your browser. Withdrawal stops future custom events and removes recognized cookies accessible to this website, without automatically deleting data already received by third parties or cookies on other domains. 8. Updates

Policies must reflect the integrations actually enabled. New purposes or categories are not automatically authorized by earlier choices. The consent version has been updated to request a new choice before newly added categories are used.

9. Google Tag Manager and tag management

We use Google Tag Manager to organize integrations: GTM-NQZLTP26 for statistics and GTM-KQTS6S4Q, managed by the Elo Marketing agency, for marketing. Each container loads only after permission for its respective category and when live tracking is enabled on the official domain. The choice is communicated through Consent Mode; rejection keeps the corresponding container blocked. Equivalent direct installations were removed to avoid sending the same events twice. The published marketing container includes the Meta-Enabled Conversions API option; this is not a conversion API hosted by this website. Tags, recipients and additional processing published by the agency must match the authorized purposes and be reviewed before activation. Without JavaScript, we do not load the GTM noscript iframe, because permission cannot be obtained through this version of the manager.
